Built in 1926, this beautiful Mediterranean Mission style building is on the California Register of Historic Structures. Originally constructed as a 16 unit multi-family dwelling, the building fell in disrepair due to heavy use. LAWRL supervised the renovation of both the interior and exteriors, restoring the historic loggias to their original luster, and adding two dwelling units into the basement level of the structure.

LAWRL worked very closely with Los Angeles City Department of Building and Safety and the Fire Department in order to bring the historic requirements in sync with onerous current building code.
