With over twenty years of office management experience, Karen Dattilo brings deep knowledge about office operations to the Lehrer Architects team.  As Business Manager, it is Karen’s responsibility to guarantee all financial operations for Lehrer Architects are running smoothly and are being communicated appropriately to the Partners.  This includes all client billing, accounts payable and day-to-day bookkeeping.  She also works closely with our Accountant to ensure all taxes are filed in a timely and accurate way.  Additionally, she is responsible for all Human Resources tasks including, employee reviews, new hire packets, and insurance and benefits management.  Overall, Karen’s efficient knack for detail ensures a solid business structure for the company, allowing the priority of the management team to focus on what it needs to – design.
