Google Campus Playa Vista Master Plan
The multinational corporate headquarters of Google is located in Playa Vista, a rapidly growing tech hub on the westside of Los Angeles. This master plan and architectural design aim to transform this 11-acre site, bringing urban vibrancy and an engaging pedestrian experience to an area that has long been neglected.
The innovative, plug-and-play program immerses new Los Angeles-based workers in the city's rich culture. This includes unique features such as rooftop beaches, promenades, piers, solar terraces, solar jungles, climbing walls, art galleries, and gantries that transport movable sound stages.
Lehrer Architects have skillfully adhered to workstation dimension requirements and client demands, seamlessly blending public and private spaces. This design ensures that coders and programmers enjoy a well-rounded work experience, fostering both productivity and creativity.
