Loma Verde

The project transforms a narrow single-family lot into permanent supportive housing for formerly houseless residents. This five-story building is topped by a large roof garden with expansive views of the city. Located in Historic Filipinotown, Loma Verde will be home to nineteen 270 SF studios. All units have natural light and views from both exterior exposures. Amenities include expansive counters and high-efficiency fixtures and appliances, and long-term bicycle parking. A live-in property manager and dedicated social services space offer opportunities for connection and support among residents.
