Managing Principal

Erik is a licensed, LEED accredited Architect with over 10 years of experience in Architectural Design and has executed a myriad of project types from concept design through construction. His passion for design stems from a deep love of the visual arts and an innate talent for creative problem-solving, which is reflected in his work. His deep expertise is rooted in the Architectural disciplines of technical design, engineering coordination, code research and permitting, and construction administration. Erik's leadership skills have deepened through managing projects across public and private sectors, with a broad spectrum of single and multi-family housing, spanning from emergency homeless shelters to expansive luxury homes. In addition to managing high-level client relationships and providing support to his teams from concept to construction administration, he now prides himself in leading the practice by building and fostering an open, collaborative environment that empowers all Lehrer Architects members to share design ideas with respect, excitement and without fear, a tenant of the practice for over 40 years.
